EMAIL COACHING QUESTIONS

Hey there MOH-Club Member!

I’m hoping this past week or month has been a positive one for you.  Perhaps you achieved some small steps towards one of your current goals.  Or maybe it was a good week because your health was stable for a change.

Of course I realize it’s possible that you’ve had some crisis or ongoing challenges this past week as well.

Whatever the circumstances, good or bad, I want to hear about them.  Below are some specific questions for you to answer to help you provide me with an update on where you’re at.  Here’s a link to download the questions if you prefer.  You can complete this form and then email it back to me.

1.  Do you have a positive experience or an accomplishment to share with me?  It doesn’t have to be earth-shattering.  Please describe it (or them) for me.

2.   Is there anything you wanted to get done this past week that you didn’t get to?  Any idea what got in your way?

3.   Do you have any particular challenges that you’re facing right now?  Do they involve circumstances that are outside or within your control?  Or both?  Name those circumstances please.

4.    What opportunities do you have in your life right now?  Look hard, they may seem small initially but could present enormous potential.

5.    Is there anything in particular that you’ve got on your mind this week that you’d like my input or feedback on?  Please describe the issue for me.

6.    What are you committed to doing or completing in the next 7 days? Try to be as specific as possible.  Break large tasks down into bite-sized pieces – pieces that are small enough to be tackled easily or with minimal effort.
