You’ve landed on this page today because you just recently signed up as a member of the MOH-Club and you’ve booked your first coaching session with me, Trish Robichaud of Changing Paces and the MOH-Club.
Congratulations on your firm commitment! I’m looking forward to helping you explore the power of coaching in creating a life that supports the achievement of your optimal health. To get us started, I have a couple of documents that you’ll need to complete and forward to me prior to your session.
Now that you have the day and time for your first 1-on-1 coaching session booked, plan for about 30-40 minutes. The way it works is you call me at 905-967-3014. That’s an Ontario, Canada number.
It would be wise to either have a long distance plan or a Skype account. I can be reached through Skype at trishatcp. If you have a webcam and would like your session held on a video call, then you’ll need to advise me in advance by email to trish@changingpaces.com. I need 24 hours’ notice for video calls. If you don’t already have a Skype account, you can set up a free one at Skype.com.
Now, I have a couple of documents that I need you to review.

The first is a “Client Intake Form“. It’s very self-explanatory and I’d appreciate you filling it out and forwarding it to me at your earliest convenience. You can use the following links to download the form:

Get Acquainted Coaching Exercise
The second document is my “Get Acquainted Coaching Exercise“. I ask new members to complete this brief exercise and submit the results with their “Client Intake Form” to me by email prior to their scheduled session. This will give each of us the opportunity to make the absolute most of this single coaching session. Use one of the following links to download the exercise:
